One Piece has been filled with incredibly unique characters and powers through Devil Fruits, with abilities ranging from controlling the elements to changing their forms or manipulating their environment. However, some are unique in mastering the art of Devil Fruit powers.
Big Mom (Charlotte Linlin)
Soru Soru no Mi (Soul-Soul Fruit)

The Soul-Soul Fruit of Big Mom allows her to manipulate souls, which she can extract, transfer, or even infuse into objects to create sentient beings called homies. Her most notable homies include Zeus, Prometheus, and Napoleon, who give her significant versatility in combat. With that, Big Mom merged natural strength and Haki to control her fruit, which made her one of the most powerful characters in One Piece. The power of fear in soul extraction plays another type of psychological power.
Whitebeard (Edward Newgate)
Gura Gura no Mi (Tremor-Tremor Fruit)

Whitebeard’s Tremor-Tremor Fruit is considered one of the most destructive Paramecia-type fruits. He generates extremely powerful shock waves that can cause tsunamis, destroy islands, or even upset the balance of the entire world. For his whole life, Whitebeard was considered the “Strongest Man in the World” because of the unmatched bodily strength he possessed, and because he mastered this fruit. His attacks could crush both land and sea, so he was regarded as one of the complete powerhouses to be reckoned with in battle.
Luffy - Monkey D. Luffy
Gomu Gomu no Mi/Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika

Luffy has fruit that people first thought of being the Gomu Gomu no Mi but is later proved to be a Mythical Zoan Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Nika, granting him the rubbery power and the freedom in battle. He can throw cartoonish and unpredictable attacks. Luffy’s creativity is seen in his Gear transformations, but it has since been amplified by mastering Haki. Using his Gear 5 version, he can transform the environment in bizarre ways, making him probably the most varied and strongest Devil Fruit user.
Blackbeard (Marshall D. Teach)
Yami Yami no Mi (Dark-Dark Fruit) & Gura Gura no Mi

Blackbeard is the only user who effectively mastered two Devil Fruits. Dark-Dark Fruit allows him to control darkness and neutralizes the powers of other users of Devil Fruits. Acquiring Whitebeard’s Tremor-Tremor Fruit made him gain the ability to create a devastating shock. The combination of abilities is what is unmatched in someone in destruction and oppression.
Katakuri-Charlotte
Mochi Mochi no Mi-Mochi Mochi Fruit

Katakuri’s Special Paramecia fruit enables him to transform his body into mochi, a sticky and flexible substance. His advanced Observation of Haki, which allows him to foresee short-term future events, complements his Devil Fruit perfectly. Katakuri’s combat style is fluid and relentless, making him one of the most formidable opponents Luffy has faced. His ability to adapt and fight strategically demonstrates his exceptional mastery.
Doflamingo (Donquixote Doflamingo)
Ito Ito no Mi (String-String Fruit)

Doflamingo’s String-String Fruit lets him control razor-sharp strings, which he uses for offense and defense. Creativity is seen in techniques such as controlling others like puppets and constructing a “birdcage” to trap and annihilate enemies. His strings, reinforced with Haki, can even cut through meteors. Doflamingo’s mastery and versatility make him a fearsome opponent.
Enel
Goro Goro no Mi (Rumble-Rumble Fruit)

Enel’s Logia-type Rumble-Rumble Fruit gives him control over lightning, making him one of the most destructive users. His ability to generate and manipulate electricity allows for large-scale attacks and unparalleled mobility. Enel’s fruit also grants him electromagnetic sensing, effectively giving him omniscience within Skypiea. His lack of Haki, however, limited his effectiveness against certain opponents.
Crocodile
Suna no Mi (Sand-Sand Fruit)

Crocodile’s fruit sand gives him dominance over the sand and allows him to dry up everything that he touches; it is a sandstorm, water absorption, immobilizing his enemies with ease, and so on. Even though his proficiency in desert environments is very effective, his weakness at being vulnerable to the water and over-confidence are also there against him once in a while. Still, his fruit remains one of the most dangerous Paramecia types.
Robin (Nico Robin)
Hana Hana no Mi (Flower-Flower Fruit)

Robin’s fruit can grow any kind of body part on anyone so she can seize her enemies through growth and throttling or choking to death. Fatal fighting moves are created; she can obtain an opponent’s grip on his spine. Indeed, she gets heavy limbs both to defend and to attack. Other fruits are less damaging; her strategic way of handling the Hana Hana no Mi places her as a great fighter for Strawhat crew.
Bon Clay (Mr. 2)
Mane Mane no Mi - Clone-Clone Fruit

Bon Clay’s fruit makes him a person with a transformed face anyone whose face he touched. It can be said to be for the infiltration and deception use; yet with his creativity, Bon Clay made this a good and powerful weapon. Its offensives may not be in good count; still, the use makes it priceless.
Brook
Yomi Yomi no Mi (Revive-Revive Fruit)

Brook’s fruit gave him a second life after death and enhanced his soul’s abilities. He can separate his soul from his body and communicate with the afterlife, and also freeze enemies using his “chilled soul” moves. His soul attack he used against Big Mom Homies is remarkable.
Buggy
Bara Bara no Mi (Chop-Chop Fruit)

Buggy’s Chop-Chop Fruit allows him to be protected from attacks with blades, and he can split his body into pieces which he can manipulate freely. Although the scope of the fruit is very limited, Buggy has become one of the pirates who should not be underestimated due to his ingenuity and ability to survive in this world. His fruit is better suited for escape and trickery rather than straightforward fighting.
Perospero
Pero Pero no Mi (Candy-Candy Fruit)

Perospero’s fruit enables him to produce and control candy, which he uses for offense and defense. His creations include immobilizing enemies and building large-scale structures. Not as destructive as other fruits, his creativity and combat intelligence make him a notable user. Like Aokiji, Perospero was also able to move in water with the power of his devil fruit.
It lies not in the fruit, but rather the mastery of, and proper application of its capabilities. It can be well seen through some characters such as Big Mom and Whitebeard, showing the utmost use of their potential through creativity and power. At the same time, people like Buggy and Bon Clay show the utmost importance of using resourcefulness, making it truly worthwhile to have seemingly very small abilities. In conclusion, the diversity of bringing forth something different as a Devil Fruit user, no doubt makes it a vibrant piece of creative combats in itself.
