7. Sung Jinwoo (Solo Leveling)
Sung Jinwoo begins as the weakest of the hunters but becomes the Shadow Monarch — a god of death nearly immortal. He has a massive army of the undead at his command, can warp space and time, and even heal from what would be lethal wounds. He even resets timelines to keep apocalyptic futures at bay. For solo potential and versatility, Jinwoo is terrifying.

Naruto’s strongest with Baryon Mode, sacrificing lifespan for immense power and speed. He’s a master strategist, wields vast chakra reserves, and saved the world a few times. Though later events in Boruto reduced his power, we’re putting him at his strongest.

Saiki is the best psychic out there. He has over 100 powers and can erase memories, manipulate time, project his soul, and distort reality. He intentionally keeps it in check to not destroy the world. If he were to fight seriously, he could defeat almost all the characters below him.
