2. Nami - Observation Haki
Weather detection talent that Nami possesses might indicate the beginning of her latent Observation Haki capabilities. In the alabasta arc, Vivi gets surprised after seeing Nami’s navigational skill in the prediction of weather in the Grand line. 4. Sanji - Conqueror Haki
