The Tokyo manji gang was often called Toman, a biker gang in Shibunya. It was founded by a group of friends namely Mikey, Draken, Mitsuya, Baji, Kazutora, and Hayashida. The gang’s main motive was to establish a golden era for the Biker gangs with moral ideals and beliefs. This gang gained popularity by declaring victory against several gangs they came across. Because of their popularity a gang that started with six people grew quickly in numbers which the commanders of the Toman gang handled.
Baji Keisuke
Baji Keisuke is one of the strongest members in Toman after Mikey and Draken. He is one of the beloved characters in the series. Baji’s character is first shown as a traitor who left Toman and joined the enemy gang Valhalla. But he was willing to make him look like a villain to protect his friends. Baji made sure that the Touman gang shouldn’t be separated at any cost.
He was the first person to realize that Kisaki was the one behind all of the mess. To stop his plan, In the end, baji sacrificed himself. Even though he was stabbed by Kazutoru, He knew if he was dead Mikey would surely kill Kazutoru so to protect him, Baji stabbed himself to death. After the Death of Baji, the position of the first division commander was taken by Takemichi.
Pah-chin
Pah was a considerable fighter in Toman. He is one of Mikey’s loyal friends, who always supports and respects him. He is not the smartest person in the gang and also seems rude and aggressive. When Moebius attacks his friends and assaults his girlfriend, Pah becomes furious and wants to seek revenge. Later, Pah gets his revenge by stabbing the eighth-generation leader of the Moebius gang.
Chifuyu Matsuno
Chifuyu is the former first-division vice-captain of Toman working under Baji Keisuke who is also a good friend to him. Chifuyu was suspicious of Baji when he joined Valhalla, believing there must be a strong reason behind the betrayal. Even though Baji beats up Chifuyu to prove his loyalty to Valhalla Chifuyu doesn’t believe him.
He tried to stop Baji from self-sacrificing himself for Toman but in the end, he couldn’t. Chifuyu is the type of person who understands everyone and he believes Takemichi is the key to protecting Toman.
Mitsuya Takashi
Mitsuya is the second-division captain of the Toman. He is the calmest person in the gang and an inspirational figure for many people, like Hakkai. Yuzuhan and Hakkai’s brother Taiju, the leader of the 10th generation Black Dragon, abuses both of his siblings. Mitsuya tries to protect them by fighting Taiju. In the end, Mikey defeats Taiju. But Mitsuya fought until the end so he could protect Hakkai and Yuzuhan.
Tetta Kisaki
Kisaki is the villain of the series who is working as a member of Toman to take the position of Mikey and rule Toman. As the series’s main antagonist, he manipulates Mikey and becomes a crucial member of Toman. He is also the main reason for the clash between Toman and Tenjiku Gang, which he accomplished by manipulating Izana and instigating him against Mikey. Kisaki is the one behind the death of Hinata every time making every future miserable just of his obsession and also making Mikey evil by his dearest sister, Enma.
Kazutora Hanemiya
Kazutora is also one of the founding members of Tokyo manji gang and a dearest one to Mikey. He is one of the main character for the storyline, as everything started when he accidentally killed Shinchiro Sano and imprisoned for 2 years for that. With this he developed vengeance against Mikey and Toman and joins in the rival gang, Valhalla. After the battle of Bloody Halloween that ended with Baji’s death, Kazutora sentenced to 10 years in the rehabiliation center
Ken Ryuguji - Draken
Draken is a founding member of the Tokyo Manji Gang and the Vice President of the Toman Gang. Draken is the reason behind keeping Mikey calm on every decision related to Toman and having an emotional connection to the society differentiating Toman from the other biker gangs. Toman breaks completely when Mikey and Draken’s bond gets a crack over Enma’s death whom he loved over his life.
Manjiro Sano - Mikey
Mikey is the founding member and president of the Tokyo Manji Gang after inheriting it from his brother Shinchiro Sano. Mikey combat abilities are exceptional and he rides a CB250T bike in memory of his brother. Mikey’s character is shown confused as he plays the role of both protagonist and antagonist in Tokyo Revengers. The major weakness of Mikey’s character was his inability to control his thoughts of darkness after losing his loved ones which brings happening of drastic changes in the story.
