The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Infinity Castle Arc is officially set to arrive as a movie in theatres with a new “Crow reveal” trailer launch from CCXP 2024. On December 8, AniPlex and Crunchyroll officially announced the movie release for Demon Slayer – Infinite Castle Arc which will be released in 2025. The accurate timeline for the movie release is not mentioned yet, however, the Studios seem to be getting set for a summer release like every time.
Aniplex and Crunchyroll released 2 minutes 22 22-second video clip with the finale scenes from the Hashira training arc and with window release visualising “2025 Only in movie theatres.”

Infinite Castle movie - Story Plot
The Infinity Castle arc in Demon Slayer is one of the most thriller and plot-critical points. The arc is the final part of the series and give the audience broad action sequences, strong feelings, and vital battles. Upper Rank 4 demon, Nakime, controls the Infinity Castle which is a large building full of rooms and our main antagonist, Muzan Kibutsuji, calls the Demon Slayer Corps into this labyrinth.
The castle is also an explore, phantasmagorical, and constantly changing structure that is the base of operations for Muzan. As dangerous place that confuses the Demon Slayers it has become a battle field. The remaining Hashira and Demon Slayers get inside the castle to fight with Muzan Kibutsuji and his remaining Upper Rank demons – Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke are included. The castle starts changing its design and the group is separated, which makes the characters fight the Upper Rank demons one on one. Giyu Tomioka – Water Hashira Tanjiro Kamado vs Akaza the Upper Rank Three demon in a hard fought and somber battle.
In this arc, Kanao Tsugikuni continues her training with Shinazugawa, and Demon Slayer Hashira Sanemi Shinazugawa and Gyomei Himejima fight Upper Rank One demon, Kokushibo, who has a connection to Yoriichi Tsugikuni. The bench characters also have their arcs and issues they go through the course of the show’s open like Zenitsu and Inosuke. The climax of the arc is about the Demon Slayers fighting to eliminate the main antagonist, Muzan Kibutsuji. Muzan is nearly invulnerable and the fight is the tale of the survival of humanity against the clock. All that the Demon Slayers had in their waking moments were newly acquired moves, tactics, and willpower to get through the demon that is Muzan.
Is Infinite Castle movie to be released as a trilogy?
The Infinite Castle Arc is the longest in the Demon Slayer series where the final major fights between Demon Slayers and Demons take place. Demon Slayer – Infinite Castle Movie is set to be released in three parts as expected by everyone. The first movie will be premiering in 2025 followed by the upcoming years.
