The Bleach - Hell Verse Arc
The Bleach: Hell Verse arc and is the plot of the fourth Bleach movie released on December 4, 2010. As for the Hell Verse it is not an arc from the rest of the Bleach series and was created as an original film with script and conception also by Tite Kubo but he only designed characters and came up with ideas for the scenario.
The movie is based on Hell as a location in the Bleach world where the souls of people who did many wrongful things in their lives are sent. Even in death these souls are confined and punished in Hell for all eternity. New characters are included in the story and they are the antagonists Kokutō, Shuren, Tōdō, and Jail are souls who have broken away from Hell’s system.

While Bleach: Hell Verse is independent of the storyline, its numerous dynamics, shade level, and Hell-based themes are popular with fans. However, it is not considered a section of the proper manga series, meaning events that occur do not affect the series proper.
Did Tite Kubo tease Hellverse Arc of Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War?
Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War revealed an extended flashback of Ukitake’s life up to a conversation he had with Unohana before she left for her battle with Kenpachi. Both of them knew of their fate and keenly wished to die, and when Ukitake spoke to Retsu Unohana saying, ‘I’ll see you soon’, there is a way of interpreting this as literal because after Echoing Jaws of Hell arc was established in Bleach manga storytelling, it was discovered that captain-class souls are sent to Hell since they are too powerful to be extinguished in Soul Society and therefore Ukitake was predicting Bleach’s major arc plot.

Hellverse Arc will bring more limelight to the Orginal Gotei 13

The original Gotei 13 captains, as revealed in Bleach: The Gotei 13 portrayed in the Thousand-Year Blood War, were not a picture of the current one. Mainly they were perceived as cruel and merciless fighters, known for their great strength and cruelty.
Whereas all captains of the current time are depicted as ordered and, to some extent, formal characters who have lots of obligations and duties, ancient captains were warriors who valued power most and who performed as cruel oppressors of Soul Society’s authority. Captain-Commander Yamamoto was much more dangerous before this, as wields his flame Zanpakutō, Ryūjin Jakka, with much more ferocity. He assembled the strongest and most vile Shinigami to make the first thirteen of the Gotei.
