Some of the most viewed famous anime will resume in 2025 with its next season. The accurate release date of the anime are not released yet but it is speculated that it will release in the year of 2025.
1. One Piece - Egghead Arc
One Piece is currently on a six-month break for story pacing, the episodes were resumed in the mid of the Egghead island arc. The episodes are set to resume on April 2025 which was confirmed by the creators of One Piece – Eichiro Oda and Toei Animation.
The arc is focused on the Strawhat Pirates’ plan to escape the Egghead island along with Vegapunk. The World Government and Five elders are all set to pursue the Strawhats. The story will later move to the Elbaph arc which is the manga is currently based on.
2. Demon Slayer - Infinity Castle Arc
Demon Slayer is set to release its final season – Infinite Castle Arc– as the series’s conclusion. The final battle involves a long-written storyline that can’t be released in a single season. Maybe the production house is planning to release the Infinite Castle Arc as a movie, divided into a trilogy.
The infinite castle arc covers the final battle between the Demon Slayer Corps and the Demons that has been lasting for 100 years. The story will cover the end of Muzan Kibutsuji and upper moons against the fight with Hashiras.
3. Jujutsu Kaisen - Itadori’s Extermination Arc
The most-watched Gen Z anime, Jujutsu Kaisen will be coming up with its next season in the first half of 2025. The anime concluded its manga panel a few months back and the upcoming arc, “Itadori’s Extermination Arc” will focus on the training of Jujutsu Sorcerers to fight against Ryomen Sukuna and revive Gojo Satoru, following the aftermath of Japan by Shibuya Incident.
The arc will focus on Yuji’s execution where he is targeted by the upper-level jujutsu sorcerers after the sealing of Gojo in Shibuya. The anime recently concluded its manga chapters with the Shinjiku Arc.
4. Tokyo Revengers - Bonten Arc
Tokyo Revengers anime was facing a delay from the production house because of the issues in the promotion of the Tenjiku season by Disney, which put the upcoming season at stake. However, the production house confirmed the arrival of the next season. The next arc will probably arrive in the summer of 2025 as the confirmed date has been announced.
The new season will adapt the “Bonten Arc,” a final major story arc before the manga’s main “Final Arc.” This next arc will be based on the original work of Ken Wakui and will immediately continue from where the last one stopped telling the story of Takemichi Hanegaki and his bid to save Mikey from his bad end.
5. Boruto - Blue Vortex
However, the anime has become No.1 selling manga panels in a short time after being released because of its intriguing storyline. So it is confirmed that Boruto Blue Vortex will be animated with no fillers and just the story parts. The very first season of the anime can be expected in 2025.
