The recent chapter of Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 268 has greatly disappointed fans as the manga is about to end in the coming three chapters, and the ending was not worth all the hype. Currently, the manga is showing down the “Shinjuku Arc”, which was supposed to be the major arc of JJK.
The arc majorly dominated Sukuna’s power and justified the reason why he was feared by every sorcerer and known as the “King of Curses”. But the finale of this battle hasn’t given the users the satisfaction that their favourite manga ended in the right way.
Major showdowns in the Shinjuku Arc
The arc started with a bang with a great duel between the strongest men of JJK, Gojo and Sukuna. This was the moment that the manga exceeded everyone’s expectations that the Antagonist of the show is getting more showdowns in the series.

Gojo referred to as the strongest one in the whole series, was defeated by Sukuna was quite unacceptable, but the way Gege has brought up justification was surreal. Sukuna using Mahoroga to adapt Gojo’s infinity and defeating him was the best ever strategy made by Sukuna.
Sukuna fought with many strongest sorcerers in the arc, like Choso, Yuta, etc. Sukuna’s strongest fight has continuously carried the series even after the death of Gojo, who was the face of the anime.
Yuji vs Sukuna - A growing battle between strongests
The transformation in the battle status between Sukuna and Yuji’s battle was well brought up in the anime. Eventually Sukuna started to get weak and Yuji got stronger and unleashed his powers to a great extent. From the start of the series, Itadori Yuji’s domain is the only domain expansion technique that was not revealed, which created a major hype about the protagonist’s Domain. But the storyline utterly failed here as no proper justification and depth about his domain was shown.

However, the defeat of Sukuna happened because of Yuji’s domain, but fans didn’t get it the way they wanted. Yuji’s power growth was literally shown in a great way in the Shinjuku arc, however, the end spoiled everything at some point.
Sukuna’s curse leaves Megumi’s body
Yuji made the final blow of separating the Sukuna’s curse from Megumi with his domain expansion by a black flash. After getting thrown out of Megumi’s body, the King of Curses was shown as a blob of slime, which was a worse end for the character, who was shown with more power and hype.
The climax was something that felt unacceptable to both Sukuna and Yuji, as they both were depicted in the way it was claimed from the first.
No one knows what the mindset of author was behind bringing this climax for a great storytelling anime. Also, the manga is on break next week, and we will witness the official end of JJK Manga very soon

Gojo’s letter to Megumi
In the leaks of the same 268th chapter of JJK, the image was shown where the trio – Nobara, Yuji, and Megumi were in a group conversation, maybe after the end of the final battle with Sukuna. Nobara was asking Megumi to read a letter that was written by Gojo to Megumi.

Gojo has wrote saying that megumi’s father is dead and he killed him. Gojo’s tone was so sarcastic in there, so the fans can’t keep the calm as something is being unmissable about Gojo and JJK.
